How do I add a family member or friend to my care circle?

1. Log in to your Navierre account
2. Click on ‘Friends and Family’ tab under ‘Care Circle’
3. Click on ‘Add User’
4. Select the user demographic
5. Fill in the user’s information and click on ‘Next’
6. Define the role for your team member and click on ‘Next’
7. Select access options and click on ‘Next’
8. Sign the authorization document
9. Click on ‘Finish’
