How do I upload my medical records to my account?

1. Log in to your Navierre account
2. Under ‘Health Wallet’, click on the ‘Medical records’ tab
3. Click on the ‘Add’ button
4. Click on ‘Upload’
5. Fill in your information and click ‘Select File’ to upload your record
6. Click on ‘Save’
